What we pay for
Miles
All dispatched miles are paid at your regular rate, from pick-up to drop-off, using truck-specific routing so you are paid fairly for every mile you run.
Detention
You receive detention pay on loads where you arrive on time and are held longer than two hours for loading or unloading, so your waiting time is compensated.
Loading/Unloading Assist
On the rare occasions when a load is not touch-free, any loading or unloading assist is discussed and agreed with you per load, because your time and effort matter.
Scale Tickets
US Express Carriers covers scale ticket costs through approved apps or reimbursement with receipts, so you are not out of pocket for required weight checks.
